Hi! I'm Kathleen, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate specializing in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image concerns, and related emotional challenges.

Before transitioning into outpatient counseling, I worked in an inpatient eating disorder setting with both adolescents and adults, where I gained experience supporting clients through complex emotional and behavioral needs and higher levels of care.

I am currently pursuing advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach considered the gold standard treatment for OCD. ERP is also highly effective in treating anxiety-related concerns such as panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, health anxiety, and avoidance-based behaviors. Through gradual and supported exposure work, ERP helps individuals face fears, reduce avoidance patterns, and build confidence in managing distress and uncertainty.

My therapeutic approach also integrates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy — always tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe every person has inherent strengths and the potential to overcome life's challenges, and my goal is to help you recognize that potential and develop the tools to achieve your goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, watching Ole Miss football, and trying new recipes/baking. I look forward to the opportunity to work together!
