Hi, I'm Grayson! I'm an Administrative Assistant here at Your Journey Through, and I work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. That means everything from day-to-day admin tasks to writing content for our blog, all so our clinicians can focus on what they do best: supporting you.
I'm also a Master of Social Work student at NC State, where I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology too. I joined the Your Journey Through team back in May 2025 as an undergraduate intern, and getting to see the practice from the administrative side has taught me a lot about how therapy and private practice really work, all while continuing to build toward my own future in the field.
I love being part of a team that cares this much about helping people, and I take pride in supporting the practice however I can, even from behind the scenes.
