I’m so glad you’re here

I don’t expect you to feel comfortable spilling to a complete stranger, so first I’ll tell you a little bit about me.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. I specialize in treating teens and young adults, with a focus in family dynamics, relationships, anxiety, transitions, and trauma. My graduate degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University allow me to assess, diagnose, and treat social, psychological, and behavioral disorders and illnesses.

I practice a modern approach to mental health counseling. I find that it resonates with the population I work with and it also feels truest to me.

You can read more about my approach here.

I live in downtown Raleigh with my husband, and our lovable dog, Kingston. When I’m not in the office, I’m fostering puppies for a local rescue, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Ask me questions, tell me about you, let’s get to know each other!
