I don’t expect you to feel comfortable spilling to a complete stranger, so first I’ll tell you a little bit about me.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and owner of Your Journey Through, PLLC. I founded my private practice in 2016 to empower clients to live a life they love, through a modern and relatable therapy experience. I’m passionate about my role as a counselor for teens and young adults and I specialize in family dynamic work (boundaries, relationships, anxiety, transitions, and trauma). My dual graduate degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University allow me to assess, diagnose, and treat social, psychological, and behavioral disorders and illnesses. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2014 in various settings with children, adolescents, and adults.

I live in downtown Raleigh with my husband, daughter, and rescue pup, Kingston. When I’m not in the office, I’m traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
